From Performance Publishing to ReThink Books
In 2010, Michelle founded Performance Publishing, building it into a full-service publishing house that guided hundreds of aspiring authors from idea to finished book, and launching the Book Bound Experience to help soon-to-be authors get their story out of their head and onto the page. Performance Publishing has since evolved into ReThink Books, now one of the five imprints Michelle works across at Advantage | The Authority Company — the same publishing philosophy, at a larger scale.
A Mentorship That Shaped a Career
Michelle met Zig Ziglar in 1989 and began working directly for him in 1994, right out of college. That relationship shaped her approach to speaking, leadership, and personal development for the rest of her career. Today she's a Ziglar Legacy Certified Speaker and Trainer, and carries the title of Zig Ziglar Brand Ambassador — representing his principles of integrity, service, personal growth, and results-driven leadership to a new generation while building her own body of work.
